Brookside Park is comprised of 13 buildings which are thoughtfully located among an area of approximately 14 acres in the northeast section of Berlin in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a lovely brook on the grounds partially surrounded by picturesque wooded areas

Brookside Park consists of one, two and three bedroom residences. Apartments feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning, separate dining areas, balconies, and sliding patio doors.

The community features ample parking, laundry facilities, outdoor recreation areas, a playground, on-site management and 24 hour emergency service. Brookside Park is a 100% affordable housing community. Rent includes heat and hot water.
