Maplewood Apartments are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis according to the Fair Housing Act and IRS Section 42 federal housing guidelines administered by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority.  Monthly rent of $497 for a 2 bedroom unit with a $497 security deposit.  Monthly rent of $545 for a 3 bedroom unit with a $545 security deposit.

Persons who are 55 years of age or older, and have an anticipated gross annual household income limit of $30,120 for 1 person, 2 persons $34,380 or 3 persons $38,700 may apply.  The monthly rent can’t exceed 30% of your monthly income.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
