Built in 1891 for St. Vincent's Hospital, this Victorian castle with Renaissance Revival architecture is on the National Register of Historic Places. Sold in 1983 and converted to apartments, Castle Park was extensively renovated and improved for affordable housing in 2011 and again in 2014. Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
