You may qualify for Holy Angels Apartments I if you are age 62 or older and meet federal income requirements. Each apartment rents for 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted gross income.

This apartment complex, spread out over 16 scenic acres, features 57 one-bedroom apartments on three floors. Seven apartments on the first floor are fully accessible for those with a hearing, vision or mobility disability. Pets 25 pounds or less are welcome. All residents have access to services provided by CRSS, including nursing, social services and regular program of health maintenance.

Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one member age 62 years or older. Tenants pay rent based on household income. This rent is usually the highest of the following three amounts: either 30% adjusted monthly income, or 10% unadjusted monthly income, or, if receiving welfare assistance, the housing costs portion of this assistance.
