Santa Maria is a new community located just off Interstate 10 at exit 44. Santa Maria seeks to create a living environment designed as a vibrant, upscale community for persons 58 years of age and older who are on a fixed income. The community offers many areas to socialize and interact with fellow residents. It has one common area building with two six story towers. The rear patio has plenty of sitting space to enjoy the wonderful Gulf Coast climate. Rent is based on income with federal subsidy available for those in need of rental assistance. Electricity included in rent. Certain medical expenses can be used as a deduction.
