Charter Oaks Townhomes is in the heart of picturesque Stillwater MN. Our newly renovated townhomes are two stories and feature floorplans for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes. Laundry rooms, refrigerators, stoves and over the range microwaves, central air, and a private patio area are just a beginning to the list of amenities offered at Charter Oaks. We have a spacious community room and playgrounds. Charter Oaks is within walking distance of great shopping, beautiful parks, and wonderful schools.
