320 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments with 314 of the units originally constructed in 1952. Structures are two-story townhouses that feature free parking, yards and playground areas for children. The entire development was fully renovated including major improvements to the apartment interiors, building exteriors and site work. The final phase of this renovation was completed in 2002.
A full range of supportive services are available for residents of all ages at the Roosevelt Community Center including Head Start, Resource Inc, Kids Connection, and job seeking assistance from ROSS Grant, Resident Council, and council-planned activities and events.
