Capitol City Townhomes consists of 2- and 3-bedroom town homes located in five different Saint Paul neighborhoods including Summit University, the West Side of Saint Paul, the East Side of Saint Paul, the North End and Frogtown. All of the units were completely renovated in 2007. Most of the town homes have garages and many have basements. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
