Parkview I and II is managed by Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pequot Lakes.

Parkview I is a well maintained two-story building that has 24 units for seniors and disabled individuals for their independent living. There is carpet and vinyl throughout the building.  Two of the units meet ADA standards.  Laundry facilities on both floors, community room, and off street parking.

 

Parkview II is a well maintained building with 12 units for families with children. Each unit has carpet and vinyl throughout.  There is a laundry facility, playground and a large play area for children. Assigned parking with plug-ins.

Eligibility for Parkview I and II

Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Pequot Lakes but actual income limits may differ for units at Parkview I and II.
