Cedar Run Townhomes are located on the NE end of Owatonna and two miles from Interstate 35. All the townhomes have three bedrooms. The amenitiies include washer and dryer in every apartment, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, central air and one car attached garage. Each townhome has a front and back patio, large bedrooms with cable and phone hook-ups. We have on site management and daily maintenance. Residents can enjoy 6 major parks, 3 golf courses, outdoor waterpark, miniature golf and great shopping. Owatonna has great schools, lots of resturants, 5 work out centers, Little Theatre Plays and indoor tennis courts. Owatonna has Lake Kolmeyer to swim, fish and canoe. Owatonna is a great community.

Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size).
