The one and two bedroom units are nestled in a quiet neighborhood in South Minneapolis and the apartments offer great views of both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rent includes heat, garbage, water and sewer. There are in-house laundry facilities and comfortable atrium lounges on several floors. All apartments are equipped with refrigerator and stove. A large dining room offers an affordable lunch Monday through Friday each week. There are also two tub rooms, a library with a computer and free internet access and off-street parking is available. As an added amenity, a dairy service brings fresh food and dairy products for purchase to the building on a weekly basis.
