Rising Cedar offers 40 ADA accessible one bedroom apartments, including a kitchen, bathroom, living room and storage. It is located at 2308 Snelling Avenue in Minneapolis. Rising Cedar is owned and managed by Project for Pride in Living.

Program Details
Rising Cedar and New Hope Apartments serve adults with a serious mental illness with 24-hour onsite services that are flexible to meet individual needs.

Services include nursing, mental health and crisis support, housekeeping and meals. The program also offers activities, a community garden, animal assisted therapy, and fitness center opportunities.

Eligibility
To be eligible for Rising Cedar and New Hope Apartments, individuals must be:

Single adult, age 18 or older
Diagnosed with a serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use with a length of sobriety, with no threat to themselves or others
In need of 24-hour monitoring and support; must be able to complete activities of daily living (ADLs) and if needed, administer insulin independently
Eligible for a CADI or BI waiver
Provider Referral Information
