Mince Manor is our 110 units complex for geared toward our older clients. We have recently upgraded our Community Room Kitchen, Flooring, Energy Efficient Boiler, Energy Efficient Windows, and Updated LED Parking Lot Lights.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Flint but actual income limits may differ for units at Mince Manor.
