The Wall Plaza Federal Senior/Disabled Housing Program provides subsidized housing for low income seniors and disabled residents. Wall Plaza consists of 176 one bedroom units. Each unit has a full kitchen. There is an onsite Management Office. Wall Plaza has an active Resident Council. There are also several community spaces and laundry facilities on site.
The Wall Plaza Manager and Resident Services Coordinator work closely with residents to assist them with a variety of activities including arranging transportation to doctor's offices and supermarkets, as well as planning trips and events.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Lynn but actual income limits may differ for units at Wall Plaza.
