Beaudoin Village is managed by Holyoke Housing Authority.
Constructed in 1954 and rehabilitated in 2000, Beaudoin Village consists of 217 federally assisted townhouse style units of family housing located at Leary Drive, Cherry Street, Elting Circle, Barrette Avenue, Yoerg Circle and Little Avenue.
Beaudoin Village residents in partnership with Nuestras Raices and the Holyoke Housing Authority created a community garden in 2005. The garden, the Hidden Treasure Community Garden has become so popular that it was expanded in 2013 to allow more residents the opportunity to tend their own plot.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Holyoke but actual income limits may differ for units at Beaudoin Village.
