Rockland Towers offers approximately 72 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, four-story building. They are currently installing a second elevator for the convenience of its residents. This complex is located in West Roxbury, on the Dedham border.
They offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. They offer units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
