ROXBURY CROSSING SENIOR BLDG is managed by Maloney Properties Inc.
A new and active community designed for seniors who seek to live independently and be connected to the City and all it has to offer.
The Roxbury Crossing/Mission Hill neighborhood is a dynamic, and diverse area filled with restaurants, shopping, banking and easy access to all transportation nodes. Proximity to the Longwood Medical area is also a benefit. Apartment homes are well appointed with large windows, many with inspiring views. The community room, patio, roof deck, and library all serve as places to foster community interaction and personal connections. Community-based activities, onsite management and maintenance and in-building laundry centers fill out the list of features that set Maria Sanchez House apart.
All units have HUD rental assistance. Income limits and age restrictions apply.
Section 202 (elderly)
Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one member age 62 years or older. Tenants pay rent based on household income. This rent is usually the highest of the following three amounts: either 30% adjusted monthly income, or 10% unadjusted monthly income, or, if receiving welfare assistance, the housing costs portion of this assistance.
