The Mildred C. Hailey Apartments consists of three developments; Heath Street, which was built in 1941, Bromley Park, which was built in 1952 and Bickford Street, which was built in 1964.

 The three developments offer 840 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom apartments.  Some of the apartments at Bromley-Heath provide housing for elderly and disabled residents.  Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident’s income.  Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
