Thirty of the 74 apartment homes are available for low-income households, while the remainder are maintained through Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services, for moderate income households. As well as offering affordable rents, heat and hot water are included, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance. The buildings are convenient to public transportation; both the green and orange T line and several bus routes. Limited off-street parking is available.
