Davison offers 48 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments in a unique garden-style environment. Our complex is ideal for people who are independent and would enjoy living in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment.

Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
