Amory Street offers a wide variety of living arrangements for low-and-moderate income elderly and disabled persons.This six-story, elevator-equipped building has approximately 181 units in studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. Many of our units are equipped with special amenities specifically designed for elderly and disabled individuals, such as emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathroom, and intercoms in every apartment. We have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
