New Marblehead Seniors includes 20 apartment homes for seniors 62 and older, and adults with disabilities.  Located in a quiet, rural setting, as part of the New Marblehead campus, the units are located in walk-up, garden-style buildings. Dining, shopping and services are all within a short distance in the retail hub of North Windham.  

The property boasts many amenities, including: smoke-free buildings, onsite resident parking, onsite laundry, snow and garbage removal, private entrances, community gardens, and a shared community room. Services available to residents include:  resident service coordination and professional property management.
