The Pines at Ocean Park, LP offers 55 affordable, one bedroom, cottage style, apartments through its partnership with HUD (The Department of Housing and Urban Development) and MaineHousing for persons over 62 years of age and for persons under age with a documented disability. All apartments offer an open concept kitchen/living room area, full ADA bathroom with walk in shower and a full bedroom with plenty of storage. All apartments offer a patio off the living room back door. The Pines at Ocean Park, LP also offers 5 "market rate" apartments to those over 55; 4 with 2 bedrooms and one 1 bedroom.
All apartments have designated parking for one vehicle, only. The Pines at Ocean Park residents also have access to The Pines Community Building which houses a pay laundry, large common space with library, 60" TV and exercise equipment and the Business Office for Oceanview Manor, Inc., the property manager.
