Cedar Hills Apartments is an independent living retirement community for seniors located in Shreveport LA. We pride ourselves and aim to provide all our residents with affordable, safe and comfortable independent living for seniors over 62 years old with their rent based on income. Cedar Hills is set on just over 5 acres of peaceful, naturally landscaped grounds. We have a beautiful courtyard setting where residents can help plant and maintain flowers at the rose garden.
There are two floor plans from which to choose, including spacious studio and one bedroom apartment homes for rent for the best in independent living. When you're not at home, you'll want to head over to our community room and mix with other residents in our lobby for coffee hour or to enjoy activities and events with other residents or with friends.
Cedar Hills offers all its residents excellent accommodations, a professional on site staff available 24 hours a day, 24 hour maintenance response and a great place to call home.
