Delille Inn was originally constructed in 1987 by the Sisters of the Holy Family, the oldest female-led African-American organization in the United States.

The 5-story complex is comprised of 38 one-bedroom and 13 studio apartments for low-income seniors and individuals that are in need of an accessible unit.

Apartments include a kitchenette, an electric range, a frost-free refrigerator, blinds, ample storage space, a fire alarm, an emergency call system, and more. Heating and cooling for each apartment is individually controlled by the resident.

Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly
