A 200-unit high-rise designed to meet all of your needs. To be eligible for one of these apartments you must be classified as elderly, near elderly or disabled. This complex offers one or two bedroom apartments equipped with all appliances, central heat, carpeting, garbage disposals and personal balconies.
On site we also have laundry and garbage service as well as a chapel, library, beauty salon and community room. We pay your electric, water and sewage bills. All units have new kitchens. You are downtown, so most everything you might need is within walking distance.

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
