City-Wide Apartments represent the largest scattered site development undertaken by Neighborhood Foundations. It includes a combination of renovated and newly constructed units located throughout the city. Completed as three separate properties (Liberty, Central, and City-Wide), this entire development was part of the HOPE VI Revitalization effort.
