Southwood is a small, pleasant cooperative and they pride themselves on the diversity of this community. It is a great place to live and raise a family. There are two playgrounds for use by children of the community. The housing charges are quite reasonable. The acting property manager, Christina, is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. they have a Board of Directors consisting of five members: Rosie, Linda, Melinda, Sue and the newest members of the board, Mary. The Board works with the office staff and maintenance to keep this community running smoothly. Anyone living here is eligible to run for a position on the Board of Directors as they become available.
