Rosedale High-Rise was the first of EHA's six properties. Until the relocation to our current location, Rosedale served as EHA's central office for 24 years. The six story building currently hosts 102 apartments, a community kitchen, in & outdoors community space, game room, laundry, vending and an adult learning center. The management staff is conveniently located on site and consists of the Property Manager, Re-certification Specialist & one full-time custodian. In the spirit energy conservation, each apartment was upgraded with high efficiency LED light fixtures in early 2016. With the completion of this most recent project, all common areas and apartments have been upgraded to high efficiency LED light fixtures.
Consisting of mostly one bedroom apartments, Rosedale is a great place for single person or small families to call home. Rosedale has a rich history of community and hospitality that, to this day, is evident with each visit. For resident safety, Rosedale High-Rise is a secure building. All residents are issued a magnetic key to access the building.
