Northpoint Apartments is a 12 building, multi-family development, including 304 apartments in Rodgers Park, on the north side of the City of Chicago in the 49th Ward. The three to four story walk-up buildings are non-continuous and located on several adjoining blocks of the neighborhood. The property is subject to a section 8 housing assistance payment contracts, which subsidizes 100%25 of the units and expires in 2012. Northpoint is currently completing renovation of both the interior and exterior of the buildings, in conjunction with tax-credit, which will preserve the property as affordable housing for the next 30 years. Rents are based on 30%25 of your gross annual income and certain income restrictions apply. Please call for details.
