Our comfortable apartment homes are available to seniors age 55 and older, with a preference given to those age 62 and older. Conveniently located in the Lewiston Orchards near shopping, medical offices, banks and grocery stores. Our staff includes a full time Service Coordinator to assist residents with obtaining specialized services necessary to live independently. Pets are welcome with a $300 deposit and monthly payment arrangements are available. Service animals are always welcome. All homes are well maintained ground level apartments with on site laundry rooms available for resident use. The full service community room offers fun activities for all residents to enjoy.
