A few units will be set aside for families at risk of homelessness, experiencing homelessness, or formerly homeless with placement through the Kauai Community Alliance. This four story community is offering one-, two- and three-bedroom units with extra storage closets, kitchen pantries and eat at countertops. Resident activities and services will be offered. Pua Loke is close to public bus stops, schools and the Kukui Grove Shopping Center. Pua Loke offers affordable housing to qualified applicants meeting low income and other program requirements.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
