Hearthside Tucker is managed by OneStreet Residental.
HearthSide Club Tucker was a welcome addition to the Main Street section of Tucker, incorporating many of the key planning objectives of the Tucker Living Centers Initiative in the city’s Overlay District. The site was ideally situated to catalyze other housing and pedestrian-friendly development in a key growth area of the city.
The 4-story building boasts 122-units and was the first community developed by OneStreet to offer 40% market-rate and 60% affordable units. Amenities include a spacious Community Room and Bistro, Library, Media Room, Grilling Stations and Outdoor Seating, and Resident Gardens.
This development effort also included the renovation of the historic existing “Burns Homestead” on the site. OneStreet renovated the building and converted it into a citywide meeting space used by the Tucker Civic Association for meetings.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
