Pennington Place is located in the South Rome area. They are convenient to downtown Rome, shopping, and restaurants. Pets are not permitted. Unit sizes are two bedrooms. NWGHA has collaborated with the South Rome Development Corporation and the City of Rome to own and operate Pennington Place. There are eight units in the complex. Two of the units are designated as public housing and the other six are HOME units. The HOME units are managed by AHCA.
