Twin Lakes Estates II is the second phase of a three-phase development located at 501 Hartsell Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33815. The first phase is an elderly affordable multifamily building, and this second phase will add 132 units of family affordable units to the site (not age restricted). The project involves the demolition and redevelopment of a portion of West Lake Apartments, which were built in the 1960s.

Over half of those 132 units (55%) are two bedrooms, two bathrooms; 17% are one bedroom, one bathroom; 18% are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The units are generous in size with one-bedrooms at 688 square feet, two-bedrooms at 915 square feet, and three-bedroom units at 1,150 square feet.
