L uther Gardens is located in the Town of Milton and is just minutes from the beautiful resort area of
Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Milton is a thriving community of small businesses and restored
historic homes and hosts a number of events through the year including annual tournaments, river
races, parades, and historic house tours.
Residents of Luther Gardens are within minutes of the Milton Public Library, The Rookery Golf Course, and
Stenger’s Shamrock Farms Par 3. Outdoor Recreation can be enjoyed at several parks throughout the
downtown area including the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.
Milton public schools are part of the Cape Henlopen School District that include Milton and H.O.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
