Public Housing Waiting List is Open Now

The Southington Housing Authority (SHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments at Joseph A Zdunczyk Terrace is currently open. Applications are being accepted from October 26, 2020, until further notice.

Please note: This is not a HUD agency. The SHA operates as a branch of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application that is available online here.

2. Call (860) 628-5200 to request an application by mail.

3. Pick up an application at the SHA office, located at 43 Academy St, Southington, CT 06489.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either mailed or dropped off in the drop box located in front of the vestibule to the Southington Housing Authority, 43 Academy St, Southington, CT 06489.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

1 Person: $21,601-$54,950

2 Person: $24,651-$62,800
