At the heart of our neighborhood is the Country Place Clubhouse. It contains our leasing office, management, and maintenance offices as well as mail and laundry facilities. The exercise/fitness room is also located within the Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is a gathering place for our residents offering a sizable, handsomely decorated “Great Room” for getting together, relaxing, and entertaining on special occasions, family reunions, showers, and parties. We provide the sound system, large screen TV and VCR, so you can enjoy your favorite CD, video or football game with friends or while you work out in our fully equipped fitness/exercise room.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size).
