Once your screening is approved we will contact you to make an application appointment.

Applicants are required to bring the following with them to their appointment:

Ø       Identification for all individuals who will be on the lease, including:

-       Current Photo I.D. of all household members over the age of 18

-       Birth certificates of all minors

Ø       Documentation that verifies all applicable household income, including:

-       Award letters for SSI, Pension &/or Retirement, TANF, court ordered child support, etc.

-       Contact information for current employer, i.e. Fax # &/or email

-       If self-employed, previous year 1099 & 1040 Schedule C, business plan and copies of payments made to your business in the past 12 months.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
