Holly Park West is managed by Mercy Housing.
Holly Park Apartments are situated on two sites Holly Park and Holly Park West. The two sites consists of 168 one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments for low-income families. The apartments were originally built in 1975 and acquired by Mercy Housing in 1998 and have been extensively refurbished since then. There is also a shared Community Center, that was built in 2009.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Commerce City but actual income limits may differ for units at Holly Park West.
