Resetar Residential Hotel
Resetar Residential Hotel is a hotel that was built in the 1920s and was later converted to 12 One Bedroom and 78 Studio apartments. It is currently home for more than 100 people, about half of which were formerly homeless before moving into the Resetar. After Abode Services formed a strategic alliance with Housing for Independent People in 2012, two full time onsite services coordinators have been added to the onsite team. Many of the residents have lived at this property for many years, some for over a decade. Abode Services is in the process of transforming the Resetar into a model of supportive housing for people with special needs.
