Rancho Verde is a new construction multi-family rental development located in East Ventura. This development provides 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments for farmworker households earning between 30-50% Area Median Income. The site has 11 residential buildings, a stand-alone Community Building, common laundry facilities, and landscaped common area courtyards. Unit amenities include: open kitchens with solid surface countertops, new appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator), quality soft-close cabinets, spacious closets, SmartStrand carpet in bedrooms, full bath with tub and shower, quality wood-look flooring throughout the units, windows with wood-look blinds. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size).
