Built on a 4.66 acre sloping and irregu­larly-shaped site, this apartment development presented de­sign and construction challenges that were mitigated by Af­firmed Housing's design consultants and general contractor. The site is in close proximity to many community amenities including bus lines, elementary, junior high and high schools, and shopping. On-site amenities include a centrally located community building with a management office, recreational room, and a resident computer room with high speed inter­net. A tot lot is included in the lushly landscaped grounds. First floor units are handicap accessible and ADA compliant.
