The development is located at the corner of Main Street and Warburton Avenue in Santa Clara, with great access to public transportation and senior services and surrounded by a mixture of long established homes, local businesses and Santa Clara University. This development is a collaboration between Charities Housing and CORE Affordable Housing, LLC.
The “mission style” community features energy efficient one-bedroom apartments, most with private balconies and patios, and an interior courtyard that contains garden areas, sitting areas and provides a socially integrated setting for its residents. Other community spaces in the development include a 1,200 square foot community room with full kitchen, library with seating area, laundry, and property management and service offices.
