There are 75 units of family housing in 14 buildings with two, three and four bedrooms. The modern and comfortable units are fully-equipped with refrigerators, range/oven units, and a washer/dryer combination.
The campus is also home to St. Vincent’s NAEYC-accredited preschool, the EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTER, and a spacious community center with a computer lab and after-school programs.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program in Santa Barbara but actual income limits may differ for units at St Vincent's Garden.
