Presentation Senior Housing is managed by Mercy Housing.

Presentation Senior Community has been recognized as a model approach to providing affordable housing for low-income seniors. The property was built on a historic site donated by the Sisters of Presentation that was formerly a school and convent. It includes a 5,000 square-foot adult day health center operated by SteppingStone Adult Day Health Care and a 2,000 square-foot performing arts space operated by Exit Theater. The health center allows residents and seniors from the surrounding neighborhood to access intensive health services in close proximity of their home, thereby affording them the opportunity to live independently, longer. Rent is one-third of a resident's income and qualifying residents have incomes of 50 percent or less of San Francisco's area median income.
