Located in the SOMA District of San Francisco, The Plaza Apartments is a 9 story architectural “green building” and the first housing project on the West Coast to obtain the Silver Leed Certification. This supportive housing building offers 106 studio apartments is constructed using recycled materials, energy efficient   systems including a solar energy generation system installed on the roof and environmentally sustainable products which includes 1,000 exterior wood panels. The studios are equipped with private baths and kitchenettes, a laundry lounge a deck on the 9th floor as well as facilities for community and social services.

The Plaza has 106 studio apartments for homeless and disabled and is funded by the San Francisco Department of Health Direct Access to Housing program. The property offers to its Residents mental health services, case management, and on site medical treatment.
