Miraflores Apartments is a 2 story, elevator-serviced building that includes a community room designed as a living room with a warming kitchen and television seating area, a computer lab, an exercise room, a laundry room, a bike storage room, and a private courtyard with raised planters for resident gardening, picnic-style seating, benches and extensive bay friendly landscaping.

The community also has a new public park that honors the history of the Japanese-American flower industry, with a bicycle and pedestrian path that connects Park Plaza to the Richmond Greenway and the McDonald Avenue Commercial District.
