The Uptown is located in the Arts and Entertainment District, across from Fox Theater, just 2 blocks to BART and 12 minutes to SF by BART. Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
