Napa Park homes consists of 140 rental units, 116 of which are designated for persons eligible for Section 8 housing. The balance of the units are for moderate income residents. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments, a laundry room, office and maintenance area and a large playground.
After the purchase from the private owner, NVCH initiated the development of a community room where tenants could hold meetings and classes, and socialize. After several years a modular unit was installed and it has become the center of activities for the complex.
